Since our establishment in February 2021, we have been passionately dedicated to creating a positive impact on the lives of at-risk youth through our flagship program, Empowering Youth Leadership

By offering a diverse range of extracurricular activities and community initiatives, The Empowered Lounge Foundation aims to transform the lives of both young individuals and their families, setting them on a path toward long-term success and stability.

Empower Youth: Provide high-quality afterschool and summer programs, Empowered Foundation Afterschool Academy, mentorship, Empowered Young Kings & Empoweredly Crowned for Jewels, that cultivate leadership, creativity, and personal growth.

Inspire Futures: Introduce students to various fields ranging from the arts to engineering to broaden their career aspirations and encourage them to pursue positive, fulfilling paths.

Support Families: Enhance community well-being by organizing events like community feedings back-to-school & holiday drives, parent support groups, youth mental health groups, and by using innovative fundraising methods such as our mobile store, which not only funds our programs but also instills the value of giving back.

From 2021 to 2025, "Empowered Lounge Foundation" raised toys during our yearly "Holiday Drive to our TEL families and Norfolk Public Schools including:

From 2021 to 2025, The Empowered Lounge Foundation has proudly supported over 6,000 families throughout the Hampton Roads area, providing essential resources, programs, and opportunities to empower youth and strengthen communities.
