The Empowered Lounge Foundation is a solution based 501c3 nonprofit organization that "EMPOWERING" Youth, One Leader At A Time, To Transition Families Right Side Up!

Since our establishment in February 2021, we have been passionately dedicated to creating a positive impact on the lives of at-risk youth through our flagship program, Empowering Youth Leadership
At the LOUNGE, we create an empowering, resource-rich environment that empowers underserved youth to discover their potential and build leadership skills.
By offering a diverse range of extracurricular activities and community initiatives, The Empowered Lounge Foundation aims to transform the lives of both young individuals and their families, setting them on a path toward long-term success and stability.

Empower Youth: Provide high-quality afterschool and summer programs through the E.Y.L. initiative that cultivate leadership, creativity, and personal growth.

Inspire Futures: Introduce students to various fields—ranging from the arts to engineering—to broaden their career aspirations and encourage them to pursue positive, fulfilling paths.

Support Families: Enhance community well-being by organizing events like back-to-school and holiday drives, and by using innovative fundraising methods such as our mobile store, which not only funds our programs but also instills the value of giving back.

From 2021 to 2024, The Empowered Lounge Foundation has proudly supported 4,232 families throughout the Hampton Roads area, providing essential resources, programs, and opportunities to empower youth and strengthen communities.

From 2021 to 2024, The Empowered Lounge Foundation has provided meals to 6,732 youth and their families, fighting hunger and ensuring that our community has access to food during community events and programs
